Our chickens are raised on lush green pastures for the entirety of their lives! The constant source of green grass creates a beautiful dark yellow fat in the chicken meat. Our chickens are raised with the same care and attention that we give to our hogs. You will not find a cleaner chicken farm, nor a cleaner chicken processing plant.
Unlike most chicken farms, we do not rush the raising of our birds. While the typical poultry farm aims to grow their birds out within 6-8 weeks, we allow our chicken to grow out for 8-10 weeks.
Our motto for pork has always been : Raise em' the old fashioned way; which is slow. We are putting that same emphasis on our chicken.
